Fruity Boozy Italian Ice
Imagine the refreshing chill of Italian ice on a hot summer day. Unfortunately, you must be 21+ to enjoy this deliciously refreshing treat but of course you do not have to add alcohol to it. This dish is incredibly easy to make and requires only a few ingredients. You only need Italian ice or sherbet, frozen fruit (some fresh fruit is okay to add), and alcohol.
The hardest part about this dish is simply having to wait while it sits in the freezer. If you want it to be Italian ice then adding the alcohol before putting the mix in the freezer is okay because it won’t freeze as solid as it would without any alcohol. If you’re looking for more of a slushie consistency then wait to add the alcohol after you blend a second time.
I don’t have a #Foodylegithealthtip for this one. Fruit is healthy, but must be enjoyed in moderation due to its high sugar content.
Ingredients
Blackberry Lime Sherbet
Frozen Mangoes
Blueberries
Tangerine White Claw
Steps
Blend together the frozen mangoes, blueberries, blackberry lime sherbet, and tangerine white claw.
Place in freezer safe container and let freeze for 4-12 hours. 4 hours for Italian ice consistency, 12 or even overnight if looking for more of a slushie mix.
Remove from freezer, break apart with any kitchen utensil, place in blender and give it a few good pulses. Serve and enjoy.
