Hi, I'm Josh. I am the creator of FoodyLegit. My message is simple: I want to show people how to elevate their cooking, all while making healthy recommendations/substitutions.

You may notice a lack of measurements in these recipes. That's because flavor is subjective and who am I to tell you to put less spice or less sweet in something than you actually can? This also makes the recipes less formulaic and more of a guide for delicious meals, so I urge you to get creative!

FoodyLegit is more than just a collection of recipes with a story behind them. I like teaching people about the ingredients and techniques they use so they can understand what it is they're doing and why they're doing it. Food is good, but we owe it to ourselves to make food that is also good for us. That's where my inspiration comes from, and I hope you gain something of value by reading my blog!
